Individual Clinical Supervision
I offer individual clinical supervision and consultation for new and experienced counsellors who work primarily with adults in British Columbia. Clinical supervision or consultation is an opportunity to attend regular sessions at a frequency of your choosing (e.g, biweekly, monthly) and build a collaborative supervisory relationship to explore your professional goals, consult on clinical and ethical issues, develop therapeutic skills, and receive supportive oversight of your counselling practice.
I enjoy working with recent graduates, counsellors newer to private practice, and experienced practitioners looking deepen their clinical skills and process ongoing professional growth in private practice. I love helping counsellors develop their professional identity and build a clinical practice that is sustainable and rewarding. I can support with direct and indirect clinical supervision hours and with the RCC application process with the BCACC.
Supervision sessions are offered virtually online at a rate of $140 per 50 minute session.
I offer a free 30-minute supervision meet-and-greet to chat about your goals for supervision and see if we would be a good fit.

My Experience & Approach
Experience & Training
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC # 17073) and Approved Clinical Supervisor-Candidate (ACS-Candidate) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. I have worked in the mental health field for 12 years, including 6 years providing counselling in community agency, post-secondary, and private practice settings. I’ve had the privilege of working with a range of populations including children, youth, adults, couples, and other professionals. Since 2021, I have been providing counselling for adults (individuals and couples) and other professionals through my private practice. My main areas of focus are relationships, processing relational and childhood trauma, insecure attachment, people-pleasing, anxiety, burnout, stress management, and more. I have been running monthly consultation groups for counsellors since 2022, and am passionate about creating supportive spaces for counsellors to develop their personal and professional skills while meeting like-minded individuals.
I completed a 36-hour Systemic Clinical Supervision Fundamentals Course facilitated by Evangeline Willms Thiessen and Estera Boldut in November 2024. I am currently an ACS-Candidate as I complete the required supervision hours and attend Supervision-of-Supervision to obtain the full Approved Clinical Supervisor designation with the BCACC.
My Supervision Approach
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. I bring my humanness, gentleness, and genuine curiosity to all of the work that I do. There are several theoretical approaches that inform my work including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy(CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work, attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, somatic approaches, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I tend to work relationally, meaning that I attend to the relational dynamics at hand while exploring attachment dynamics and patterns. I also work in a trauma-informed way, attending to the nervous system and ongoing impacts of trauma.
From a supervision standpoint, I bring in concepts from the Seven-Eyed Model of Supervision, which looks at the supervisory and therapeutic relationships from various modes. I also draw from developmental models of supervision which look at the supervisee’s personal and professional growth and development over time. I enjoy incorporating Person-of-the-Therapist work and exploring how who you are as a person impacts how you show up with clients. I also enjoy taking a strengths-based approach and like to build on the skills, experience, and expertise you bring to your practice.
We will work together to explore your goals for supervision, co-create a supervisory dynamic that works for you, and check in regularly about our work together.
What supervision with me feels like
My aim is that supervision feels supportive, exploratory, and grounded in curiosity. I hope that it feels like a place where you can take risks, ask questions that might feel ‘silly’, and make mistakes as part of your growth, rather than feeling performative or evaluative.
I view supervision as a place to slow down, explore deep questions, and make space for the nuance, uncertainties, and complex ideas that come up in clinical practice. Together, we will work to expand awareness and deepen reflection, supporting you in developing confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of who you are as a counsellor.
