About the Clinical Supervision Group:

This online Clinical Supervision Group is a collaborative space for 6 therapists in private practice to meet with other peers and professionals virtually once a month for 2 hours to discuss clinical and ethical concerns, receive feedback, and gain professional support in a confidential and secure environment lead by an experienced facilitator, Nicole Persall, MEd, RCC-ACS Candidate.

Who is this group for?

The group is for registered counsellors (such as RCC, CCC, RSW) working in private practice in British Columbia who work primarily with individual adults on issues such as relationships, trauma, attachment, and anxiety. The group is suitable for recent graduates, therapists newer to private practice, or experienced practitioners who are looking to further develop their therapeutic skills and receive ongoing support.

Theoretical Approaches:

The group welcomes a diversity of approaches, including relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and somatic approaches. This group can be a helpful place for therapists exploring approaches such as Person-centered, Humanistic, Strengths-based, Interpersonal Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Therapy, and more.

Commitment:

Minimum 3 month commitment, in order to support the establishment of rapport, connection, and consistency within the group. Many counsellors choose to attend the group on an on-going monthly basis.
